This CI module provides dual Ethernet and four serial ports in a single slot. It supports Modbus slave natively, with optional master capability via the T812X processor interface adapter. Sequence of Events (SOE) timestamping is also optional on the Modbus network. That gives you deep visibility into safety system activity without adding separate gateway hardware.
