- Configuration Software: You must use ProSoft Configuration Builder (PCB) to configure this module. Concept 2.6 or later is required for processor setup.
- GSD File Matching: Every DP slave on your network must have its correct GSD file loaded in PCB. Mismatched GSD files cause slave recognition failures.
- Hot Standby Requirements: For redundant systems, both modules must occupy the same slot position in their respective racks. The standby module’s Ethernet IP must be set to the master IP + 1.
